Quality Elevation Manager Job

This position is posted as an E11, but maybe a E10 depending on experience.
-Initiates/drives development and commercialization of quality improvement tools & methodologies.
-Networks closely with cross-functional partners and R&D platform leaders to identify quality project opportunities that can drive business growth.
-Drives technical capability through development, application, and piloting of novel technologies to existing process and quality control platforms.
-Guides efforts of team of ~6 associates (including scientists, engineers, and support associates.)
-Leads team responsible for flawless execution of the FLNA Gold Standard Reference program.
-Develops, plans, and manages complex programs, overcoming obstacles to achieve results
-Defines and leads business strategy development for R&D
-Challenges and leads others to generate new approaches or ideas to address complex business and quality opportunities
-Champions the development of individuals and supports organizational growth programs
-Communicates and collaborates to influence team and cross-functional partners
-Designs, optimizes and leads research aligned with organizational strategy
-Inspires others to be creative in delivering business results and leads innovative technical initiatives
-Applies in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of business drivers to deliver results across multiple projects &nbs

-Initiate innovation and development of new technology that drives and sustains improved quality and consumer value.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
BS - Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Mechancial Engineering, or
MS - Food Science or related degree.
-8+ Years Experience
-Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into strategic programs.
-Proven ability to drive significant technical advances and business results by leveraging internal and/or external resources.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and team resources.
-Strong networking and affiliation skills
-Ability to influence and bring others with you
-Strong technical depth with the ability to determine the value and differentiation of outside technologies, research partners, consultants
-Good understanding of the business economics/P&L to understand the viability of potential new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS or PhD - Chemical Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Mechancial Engineering, or
PhD - Food Science or related field
8+ years experience in FLNA Research & Development
-Prior experience sourcing, developing, validating, and commercializing new-to-FLNA technologies, processes, or equipment.
-Experience developing or commercializing new processes or technologies, closely interacting with FLNA Operations.
