Research Fellow Job

This team of innovative and technically advanced Engineers and Scientist are leading the way with breakthrough research on new processing and packaging technologies for both food and beverage. This position will employ leading edge technology to explore and define novel food processing solutions that will provide PepsiCo with both technical and business competitive advantages. The incumbent will lead key corporate Food Processing Research projects, provide food science consultation to a team of engineers, and collaborate with R&D colleagues from PepsiCo's regional R&D centers across the globe.

Requirements: Industrial and/or academic experience in food product development, ingredient functionality, process-product interaction, fundamental food chemistry, experimental design principles are highly desirable. Strong benchtop and pilot scale experience required; scale-up experience desirable.
A Ph.D. degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Food Biochemistry, Grain Science or related fields with 10+ years of industrial experience is highly desired.
