Plans and executes internal and external research to develop technologies to fuel the Operating Divisions• innovation and productivity programs.
Translates research objectives into strategic and tactical project goals and plans.
Prime moves and executes research.
Makes significant technical advances utilizing internal and external resources.
Delivers technical proof of principles through sound experimentation and thoroughness.
Transfers knowledge and supports initial commercialization of new technologies.
Surveys both industry and academia for new technologies for potential application to our food processes.
Requirements: Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or Chemistry preferred. Bachelors minimum.
Some experience in research desireable
